Osama Bin Ladens death
The death of Osama Bin Laden is a huge accomplishment, but it can also be considered a huge threat. If you look at the successors under Osama Bin Laden, they might be thinking they killed our God we must retallitate. Its also a huge accomplishment because he delt so much pain on America that it was the number one goal to kill him. Was it worth much to acctually kill our devil? Our most evil enemy? I believe it was not, even thought it was very important to reunite our coutry as a whole, i believe it was not because for the past years we have spent most of our time and energy searching for Osama and not worrying about what his succsessors might be doing. Maybe they are planning a plot or scheme for another huge attack and Osama was a decoy? Noone really knows what will happen next, it all lies in the hands of our enemies. What we should worry about and prepare for is another attack, possibly not on America, but maybe in the Middle East. I believe the first priority should have been to capture the leader under Osama, because Osama was truly not a threat anymore. We as the free people of America, should be very worried and scared of what might happen next.

Maus and Night blog
The book Maus and the book Night are too very similar books pertaining to the Holocaust and Auschwitz. In both books you witness the horrible reality of deaths by gas, starvation, disease, fire, by race, by age, and by gender. Maus you read about a man whos writing a book about his father being in the Holocaust. The Tragic live style he had as a kid and a young adult during the Holocaust. In Night i think what is the most important fact to realize, is the author Elie Wiesel actually experienced the holocaust and Auschwitz first hand. In his reading you realize how much he went through to get out of the death factory they call Auschwitz. In both books they barely have a spot to sleep better yet any food to eat, in both books that is truly represented. In both books you also have the separation of man and boys compared to women, elder, and children to go separate ways to show their destiny. The last connection between the two was before you were sent to Auschwitz you maybe herd about it but never knew what you were getting put into. What i receive from these books is that this Genocide is one of the most, if not the most devastating times of our history of man kind. To prepare for genocides to come, we most all get over the hatred to keep our humanity alive. If i had to recommend one of these books i would have to recommend Night, i would recommend Night because the author truly experienced the Holocaust and i believe it is the most thoughtful of the two books.

Writing Restrepo and Fallen Angels
Fallen Angels and Restrepo taught me alot about war in Vietnam or in Afganistan/ Middle east. Both the documentary and the book taught me about the true feelings you can experience before war, during war, and after war that gifts you with these true bonds, with complete strangers . It teaches you to learn how to deal with the loss of a life and the ability to take a life. Feelings that are brought out in both the documentary and in the book consisted of, fear of dieing, fear of loosing a friend, nervousness, and the thought of not seeing your family and friends again. When Doc. Restrepo dies in the documentary, all of the troops mourn for his life and buildoff of his dead a fourt that took time and heart to build. In Fallen Angels Brew dies and all the hooch mates struggle to believe the loss of one of their new friends including Monaco who struggles to continue.
Restrepo Pre-Write
1. In Restrepo, they are on avalanche moutain they bomb the hill accidentially killing and injuring civilians. This is related to Fallen Angles, because in the book Viet-Congs' tourch one of the cities with civilians thinking it was american soldiers.
2. Restrepo and another soldier die in the documentary and the soldiers have a hard time getting over it like when brew or captain carrol dieing in Fallen Angels.
3. Cornengaul valley was a the hardest time for the toops on Restrepo, Just like Peewee and Perry in the dark during a firefight with several Viet-Congs against them.
4. In fallen Angels the soldiers are constantlty in disbelief of the fatc they are in the war and just wanting to leave as soon as possible. Many of the soldiers at Restrepo, have the same feelings that they want leave.
5. In fallen Angels, they made peace with the civilians and shared bonds with them. In Restrepo they have similar bonds with some of the civilians that share information with them.
6. Restrepo had hooches just like in restrepo, where the soldiers would share time together, sleeping, playing games, and chillen out.
7. The seargants in Restrepo are very well trained and are good leaders yet strict. Seargants in Fallen Angels are very similar, in keeping the troops together.
8. In Fallen Angels strangers would become best friends like Peewee, Perry, and Monaco. In Restrepo, it is the same, because they all become really good friends and build srtong bonds.
9. In Restrepo and in Fallen Angels they both go on tours where they are walking in the night in unfamiliar territory.
10. In Restrepo most of the troops in the base camp leave and go back to home along with peewee and perry.

Randy moss opinion

My opinion revolving around Randy Moss playing for the Vikings, was very shocking, because i never expected Randy to leave a solid team like the Patriots. The vikings got an all around great trade. I believe it will help them in the long run, but will it bring them to a Superbowl? I also believe that Randy Moss is very fast and likes to go deep allot. The question is, will 40+ year old Favre, be able to put it in the bread basket of the explosive Moss. My last point concluding this topic is can Randy keep up with all the young talented corners. Randy moss is what now 30+ age, and he is coming close to the end of his career, the Vikings should be picking up young talent!!! Instead of old farts that may have troubles with injuries. Concluding this blog post, i will say the vikings may have the golden arm of Favre, the speedy Randy moss, and they will most likely make it to the playoffs, but how long will the glory last. My prediction is they loose Favre after this year and are left with an ok QB. What good is Moss, with know arm to dish it to him???
